Hopefully some one is checking the comments. I am in a nursing rehab facility and on oxygen as are lots of other rehab guests. Using any open flame or heat that may produce a flaming paracord is out of the question. I have been experimenting with glues. Clipping the core glueing the ends and weaving in seems to work. The down side is the time for the glue to dry. Has any one done any testing with this method?

Justgail68 I believe that was the problem with glue for me too. What type of glue are you using? I wonder if stitch witch fabric glue would be any better ... let me reach out to paracord Facebook group and see if they have any ideas :)

Lately I'm just not liking the way the singed look on the ends of the paracord/project looks, at all. To me personally, it seems very noticeable. But there's just not many other options. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The F*##*#* Post Office is a joke. I have filled out hundreds of those little forms for overseas shipments. Have you ever seen those addresses? All countries use a different addressing scheme and this asinine form is a joke. Have you ever sent a package to the UK. Here is what an address looks like; Joe Blow at the Manor House Down Road 73, Around The Creek Section 45 NE Sussex On The Hill by The Chicken Coop 8765 Bla, Bla, Bla. Have you ever tried to fit that on a line 1.5 inches long line?? First of all they do not use the same Addressing as the US and just trying to figure out what goes on which line takes a lot of work. EVERY COUNTRY USES A DIFFERENT ADDRESS SCHEME and believe me it is as crazy as Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer on a date to the Cuckoo's Nest. OK so next you need a phone number or an email address that you have to fill in on a space 1 inch long. So here is what a lot of idiots use as an email address: Johnwellingtonthe3rd@Boingonet.com.UK This is pure insanity trying to get this shit on that miniscule label. I had to go out and buy pens with micro points just to start to try to get the crap on these lines. My wife worked for the US Post Office for 13 years and said they work harder at not working then they do at working. They hide behind buildings so they can work overtime and make more money. A man here in the US gave me the wrong Zip Code to a Calipornia address. After a month of no delivery of a priority mail package (2 Day) I finally had to contact the main post office Customer Service not the local one. They located the package. It was bouncing back and forth between two post offices for 3 weeks. The Package had the right address town and state but the zip was wrong so the Post Morons just kept sending it back and forth for 3 weeks. Total morons. It had a valid address but they did not care. The main post office had to intervene so this crap would come to an end. one month later I got the package back. What a crock of shit. Most vendors I know will not ship internationally because the customs shit is a joke. Why bother? A 13 ounce first class package (the cheapest) costs right around $23.00 US to most of the world. Of course once once it leaves the US you never know if it will get there. You puts your money down and you takes your chances. Of course the APO uses the same rate on priority as you would if you sent in the US even if it goes overseas. I print my own labels for Priority Mail here in the US. I use PayPal to pay for the Priority Label. They recently started to change things now I have to figure this out all over again. These morons are great at making stuff impossible to figure out. I will have to start all over through this maze of incompetence. I had it figured out and they in their great wisdom knew that so the got busy and changed everything. I always had to go to the Post Office for Over Seas with a customs label, sometimes three times a week and stand in line at a 5 position counter with two postal workers working the counter. The wait averaged 20 minutes. They are lazy ass holes. I used to print my labels directly but finally figured it out to save the label as a PDF because if you have a printer problem you are screwed. Yea supposedly you can print the label again but as usual their site almost never works right so I print to PDF this way I can reprint even if their site screws things up. When you print a label or ten of the same label only one label is good. The first one scanned is the good one all other labels that are the same will not be accepted. Thank God for that. I will say this; the APO label is a combo label and customs form and it is easy to use. I recently shipped to Italy and only know that because the Service Person, (gotta say PERSON even though I knew he was a man) so as not offend little snowflakes, told me in an email he was a man. Oh God did I say man. Oh no the Man Word I hope the Gender Police don't get me. Oh Mommy! Sorry I didn't know what gender he chose that day. Post office forms are retarded but hey look what you are dealing with. What can I say? I think I got it covered. Stupid does as stupid is! Forest Gump
